I spent 17 years as franchise owner/operator of the largest carpet cleaning company in the world. I was trained and certified through them. I now own and operate my own independant company and I am still trained and certified.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I still hold accountability in the highest regard for the services I perform for my customers. I am honest and caring and I believe in the products and methods I use.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I and my wife own and operate our business and we prefer it that way as to assure quality service. I would like to expand to another truck when the economy allows.
